Fannan Food Products is based out of B-10 in Nishant Garden, right near Dhatrak Phata. Being located near the phata means we see a lot of traffic coming through, which is good for deliveries but makes for a noisy morning. Our facility is where we handle all the food processing and packaging. It’s a clean space, but it’s definitely a working kitchen and warehouse, not a showroom. We spend our days dealing with raw ingredients and making sure the machines are sanitized and running right. There’s usually a lot of shouting back and forth to get things done, but it’s all in good spirits. We aren't some massive corporation with a bunch of rules; we’re just a group of people trying to make good food products. Sometimes the recipes take a bit of tweaking, or a batch doesn't turn out quite how we wanted, so we just start over until it’s right. We don't use any fancy language to describe our work. We just show up at Nishant Garden, put on our aprons, and get to it. Most of our staff lives nearby, so there’s a real local feel to the place. We just focus on filling the jars and bags and getting them out the door to the shops. It's a simple life here, centered around making sure the food is handled right and the orders go out on time every week.
