Dhanashree Gruh Udyog

Dhanashree Gruh Udyog is based at Plot No. 07, Krishna Tera in Janata Colony. This is very much a home-style industry, which is what 'gruh udyog' is all about. We don't have a massive factory with tall chimneys. Instead, we have a space that feels like a part of the community. Most of the people working here are from the nearby houses in Janata Colony. We start our work early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. There’s a lot of manual work involved, whether it's sorting, mixing, or packing things up. It’s the kind of place where you can hear people chatting and laughing while they work. We don't use big complicated machines; it is more about the skill of the people here. The Krishna Tera building is easy enough to find if you are familiar with the colony. We have some basic shelving and a few large containers for our supplies. We don't have a dedicated sales team or a fancy website. Most of the time, our products go out to local shops or people just come to the door to buy what they need. It’s a simple way of doing things that hasn't changed much since we started. We focus on the quality of what we make by hand and let the work speak for itself in the neighborhood. It is a quiet but busy little spot.
