Our place, Desire Institute Of Design & Technology Llp, is over in Flat No. 06 at Nirman Classic. It's right near Datar Nursery on Thatte Nagar. If you know the College Road and Gangapur Road area, you know it gets pretty lively around here with all the students and shops. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. The office isn't massive, just a regular flat we converted so we could have a spot for the design and tech work. It’s got a bit of a homey feel since it’s in a residential building, which I think helps people relax when they’re trying to be creative. We have some computers set up and some space for drawing or planning things out. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit cluttered with bags or projects, but we try to keep the actual work area organized. You might hear the birds from the nursery nearby if the windows are open. It’s a practical setup for what we do. No big signs or flashing lights, just our name on the door. We spend a lot of time here, often eating lunch at our desks while we talk about the next lesson or a student project. It’s just us doing our thing in a corner of the city we like. People drop by to ask about courses, and we just give them the honest details without any sales talk. It works for us.
