S.V P.M College Of Pharmacy

Our college is tucked away inside the Shivnagar Vidya Prasarak Mandal campus. We share the space with the College of Engineering out in Malegaon (Bk.). It’s a pretty large campus with plenty of trees and open space. Being a pharmacy college, our days are mostly spent in the labs or the lecture halls. You’ll often see students in their white coats walking between buildings or sitting in the shade during their breaks. S.V P.M College of Pharmacy isn't one of those massive, impersonal institutions. We have a more local feel. The teachers know most of the students by name. We deal with all the usual college stuff like exams, practicals, and the occasional broken beaker in the lab. The equipment isn’t brand new, but we keep it in good shape and it does the job for learning. Malegaon is a bit far from the big city, so the atmosphere is a bit more relaxed here. We don't have a huge marketing department. Most of our students come from the surrounding districts because they want a solid education close to home. We just try to provide a decent place for them to study and get their degrees. There’s a lot of paperwork and administrative tasks that keep the staff busy, but seeing the students graduate every year is the main thing. It’s a straightforward academic environment without any of the corporate polish.
