Chicago Pneumatic India Ltd.

We are based out of unit number 90 in the M.I.D.C. Industrial Estate over in Satpur. Being in an industrial zone means there is always noise from the neighbors and trucks moving in and out. Chicago Pneumatic India Ltd. has been here for a long time. The building is a bit older, with those high ceilings you see in these types of estates. It stays relatively cool even when it’s hot outside because of the way it's built. We spend most of our time on the floor or in the small office area tucked in the corner. There's always dust from the nearby construction, so we're constantly cleaning the surfaces. It’s a practical workspace. We have our tools and the equipment organized as best as we can, though things tend to wander off when we get busy. Satpur is a good place for a business like ours because everything we need is close by. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If someone shows up, one of us just walks over to the gate. It's a lot of manual work and checking logs. We use the back area for storage. It’s nothing special to look at, just a place where work happens every day. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment needs to go out. The street lights in M.I.D.C. are a bit dim at night, but we know our way around the neighborhood well enough.
