Alpha Mech

You can find us at Alpha Mech over in the M. I. D. C. area in Satpur. It is unit F-101. It is a typical industrial spot, with a lot of noise and the sound of machines running most of the time. We have got a few lathes and some milling machines that have seen better days but they still run straight for us. We mostly handle mechanical parts for the bigger factories around here. It is a lot of turning handles and checking gauges. My dad started this place back when the roads around Satpur were not even paved properly. Now it is all packed with trucks and small shops. The floor is covered in metal shavings and oil spills that we try to throw sawdust over every evening. It is hard work, and the grease gets under your fingernails and stays there. We do not have a receptionist. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to the desk picks it up. We get a lot of walk-ins asking for small repairs or specific bolts that the hardware store does not carry. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we all just sit outside and drink tea until it comes back on. We do not really think about being the biggest or anything. We just want to make sure the parts we send out actually fit where they are supposed to go. It is just a plain workshop with some old tools and people who know how to use them.
