Nikam Valves

Nikam Valves is set up on Plot No.40 over in Vidhate Nagar. We are based out of the Wadala area in Nashik, specifically Survey No.16/1B. It’s a pretty standard industrial spot. We spend the whole day working with valves of all sizes. The workshop floor is where everything happens. It gets quite hot in Nashik during the summer months, and that makes the metalwork even tougher, but we just get on with it. We have a small crew and everyone knows their job. We don’t spend money on expensive marketing or shiny brochures. Most of our day is spent checking the casting and making sure the threads are right. There are a lot of other small shops around us in Vidhate Nagar, so there is a constant hum of activity. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the small lanes around here, but they always make it eventually. We have been here long enough that the neighbors know us well. We just try to stay busy and finish whatever is on the workbench. It’s a practical life, working with your hands and seeing something physical at the end of the shift. We usually close up when the sun goes down and head home, ready to do the same thing again the next morning. That is how we spend our days at the shop.
