We've been at 20, MIDC in Satpur for quite a while now. Most people around here know where we are. It’s an industrial area, so it gets busy and dusty, but we keep things moving. We make parts here. It isn't a fancy office with carpets and glass walls. It's just a factory floor where the machines run most of the day. Some of us have been working here for years, and we’ve seen how Satpur has changed. There’s a lot of noise, and the tea stall nearby is where most of us head when we get a break. Perfect Circle India Ltd. is basically just us doing our jobs every day. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. We just show up, handle the machinery, and make sure the orders go out when they should. Sometimes things get delayed or the power acts up, but that’s just how it is working in an industrial zone. We don't try to sound like some big corporate entity even though we've been around. It's just a regular workplace in Nashik. We focus on the work itself rather than talking about it. The building is a bit old, but it serves its purpose. If you come by, you'll see we are just a group of people making things. We don't do much fancy talking here. It’s just how things are at our Satpur plant. We keep the machines running and the floor busy.
