Our place is out on Airport Road in Tuppa. If you are coming from Nanded or heading toward the airport, you’ll see us there in Vasant Nagar. We called it a garden restaurant because there is a bit of open space, which is nice when the weather isn’t too hot in the evenings. Usually, it’s just us and a few workers getting things ready before the lunch crowd starts to trickle in. The road outside can get a bit dusty with all the construction and the heavy trucks passing by, but inside we try to keep it decent for everyone. We have some tables set up and a kitchen that stays pretty busy once the sun goes down. It’s not the kind of place where you need to dress up or anything special. People just come as they are, often straight from work or after a long drive from another town. We’ve had the same cooks for a while, and they just do their thing without much talk. Running a restaurant in a place like Tuppa means you get to know the local faces after a while. We spend a lot of time making sure the supplies are fresh and the chairs aren’t broken. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We aren't trying to be the most famous spot in Nanded, just a place where you can sit down and eat. It’s a practical setup.
