Being right here near Treasure Bazar Mall on Latur Road keeps us on our toes most of the time. Nanded can get really hot in the summer, and people usually come into Pooja Garden Restaurant just to find a bit of shade and some space to sit down. We’ve got the outdoor area which is nice when the sun starts to go down, though we’re always sweeping up dust that blows in from the main road. It’s a bit of a mix of people who stop by. You get the families who spent too much time at the mall and just want a quiet corner, and then there are the travelers passing through Nanded who saw our sign. We don't really do anything too complicated. The kitchen staff has been with us for a bit, so they know the routine of getting the tandoor ready and making sure the chairs are wiped down. It’s not like those polished places you see in the bigger cities, but it’s our spot. Sometimes we run out of things or the service is a little slow when everyone arrives at once, but we try to keep up. Most nights we stay open late because people like to linger under the trees when the air finally cools down. It’s just how we run things here, nothing fancy, just a garden restaurant trying to keep the locals fed and happy while the traffic hums along Latur Road.
