If you are driving down Thuraiyur Road in Namakkal, you will find our place at Reddipatti. It’s an easy spot to locate because of the big sign out front. We have been here for a while now, serving the families around this part of the district. The building is solid and has plenty of space for the different grades. We don't really go for all those modern glass walls you see in city schools these days. Here, it is mostly concrete and brick, which stays a bit cooler in the Namakkal heat anyway. Our staff comes in early to get things ready before the sun gets too hot. Most of the kids come from the nearby villages and the main town area. It gets busy during the morning rush when the buses are lining up on the side of the road. We have a playground area that gets a lot of use during the physical education periods. Sometimes the cows from the neighboring fields wander near the fence, which the younger kids seem to enjoy watching. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed but focused on the books. Nobody is wearing suits or talking in corporate jargon here. We just talk like regular people and teach the subjects as best as we can. It’s a plain and simple setup at 637002 where the focus stays on the students getting through their exams and moving on to whatever comes next in their lives.
