Nilein Technologies is based out of Erumaipatti, which is part of the Salem district. Our address is Door No 4/141, right near the P.O Konganapuram area. It’s a bit of a distance from the main Salem city center, but we like it here in the Edappadi-Salem region. The pace is a little slower than the big cities, but we stay busy with our work. We started this place because we wanted to have a local presence here. Our office isn't anything elaborate. It's just a functional building where we handle all our technical operations. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet acts up, but that’s just part of life in this area. We have a small group of people who come in every day. Most of us are from around here or nearby towns. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is always on the computers and the projects we are currently handling. If you walk by, you might not even realize there is a technology company inside. We prefer it that way. It keeps things grounded. There is a lot of green space around us compared to Chennai or Bangalore. When we finish for the day, the commute home is usually quick and easy. It’s a straightforward way to run a business without any of the extra fluff you see in big industrial parks.
