Yesr Developers

We are Yesr Developers, based out of 25/ B, 225/3, Peruntholuvu in the Pallikalipalayam area. It is a bit different from a regular brick yard, as we deal more with the land and the building side of things. We spend a lot of our time out on sites in Peruntholuvu, looking at plots and checking on how things are progressing. It’s not a desk job for us. We are usually out in the sun, talking to laborers and checking measurements. The office is just a place to keep our papers and have a bit of shade. We have been working around Pallikalipalayam for a while, so we know the local ground pretty well. Some days are just filled with paperwork and dealing with the local authorities, which can be a bit of a headache. Other days we are out in the mud, making sure the foundations are being dug correctly. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people get their projects off the ground. It is a lot of coordination and hoping the weather stays clear so we don't get delayed. We are just a small team trying to make things work in this part of the district. It’s hard work and involves a lot of travel between different spots, but it keeps us busy and part of the community.
