We are located at Sf No.23/3A, in Vathamagaresi Nagar, Uthamapalayam, which is in the Thammankurachi area. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the bigger towns, but we like the quietness of the spot. Neuralab Developers Llp is a small outfit where we focus on building out technical stuff. The office is pretty basic, just a few rooms with enough desks for the team. We don’t have a fancy sign or a big lobby. Most people who come here are either working here or are lost. We start our day early before it gets too hot. There is a lot of concentration involved in what we do, so it’s usually quite silent except for the occasional groan when someone finds a bug they can’t fix easily. We go for walks nearby when our eyes get tired from looking at the screens. The air is a bit better here than in the city center, which is a plus. We aren't interested in all the corporate ladder climbing you hear about. We just want to do our work well and keep the business going. We handle all the software development ourselves, from the first line of code to the final check. It’s a hands-on approach because that’s the only way we know how to do it. Thammankurachi is a calm place for a tech company, and that suits us just fine. It's a modest life but a good one.
