Mindson Organic Pvt Ltd. is set up in the P.A. Tower, which is at 15 Sidco Estate on Paramathy Road. It’s a pretty easy location to find once you’re on Paramathy Road. The Sidco Estate is full of various businesses, so there's a lot of coming and going throughout the day. Our office in P.A. Tower is a simple space. We have some shelving for our files and a few desks pushed together. It’s not the kind of place with a view, but it serves our needs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. The atmosphere is quiet for the most part, except for the occasional noise from the street below. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. It’s just us. We’ve been in the Sidco Estate for a bit now and we like the convenience of the location. There’s a coffee shop downstairs where we usually end up meeting people. The office is kept tidy, but it's definitely a working space, not a showroom. We don't use any corporate jargon or talk about our goals for the future. We just show up at Paramathy Road every morning and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the elevator in P.A. Tower is slow, so we take the stairs for a bit of exercise. It’s a basic, honest place to work with a team that knows each other well.
