Our office is at No:28/2A1, Kongu Nagar, right on Mohanur Road in Kondichettipatty, Namakkal. The pin code is 637001. Namakkal is known for a lot of things, but we are just here doing our tech work in a quiet corner of Kongu Nagar. Ettiksoft Technologies Private Limited is a small place. We don't have a big fancy entrance. You just walk in and you're pretty much in the middle of where everything happens. We have a handful of people who are good at what they do, and we just spend the day coding and testing. The Mohanur Road is usually quite busy with trucks and buses, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of us talking or typing. We don’t have a boss who sits in a separate office; we all sit together. It makes it easier to ask questions. We take turns getting snacks for the group, and there’s always someone complaining about the heat or the rain. It’s a very ordinary office life. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to provide good software services to the people who need them. We stay focused on the tasks at hand and don't get distracted by corporate politics because we are too small for that anyway. It’s a good, honest way to make a living in Namakkal. We just show up and do our best every single day, keeping things simple and direct.
