Our office is in Namakkal, specifically at Nalli Goundumpudur in the Nallipalayam area. It’s a bit of a trek for some people to visit, but it’s where we set up Elymus Technology. We have been here at number 61 for quite a while now. The surroundings are fairly quiet most of the time, which helps us stay focused on the tech stuff we handle daily. There are just a few of us who manage the daily operations here. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a steady pace of work that gets results. We get our tasks, we do them, and then we go home to our families. Simple as that. Namakkal is a good town for a business like ours. We don't spend money on big signs or heavy advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know someone who works in our building. The office is just a regular room with desks and wires running everywhere. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we figure it out eventually. We aren't experts at every single thing in the world, but we know enough to keep the business moving forward. Lunch usually involves someone bringing food for everyone or just going to the local spot down the road. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a handful of people trying to earn a living in Tamil Nadu. We like it that way.
