We set up Yuvaraithu Farmers Producer Companylimited in Chinnanarayanapuram Village. You can find us at H No 1-71 in the Kondapakagudem area of Narketpalli Mandal. It’s a group of us who wanted to do more with our farms. We aren't a big corporation, just local people trying to work the land better. We spend a lot of time figuring out the best way to get our crops to the market without losing too much money. It’s a bit of a learning curve for all of us. Some days are better than others. We don't have a fancy setup, just a desk and some chairs where we talk about the season. We’re all pretty much neighbors here. We grew up together and now we’re trying to farm together. It helps to have a group when you need to buy supplies or talk to the government folks. We aren't doing any big advertising or anything. We just focus on the harvest and making sure everyone gets their fair share. It’s hard work and the sun is hot, but we keep going. Sometimes the paperwork is a headache, but that’s part of the job. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living off the land we’ve always known. We hope to keep doing this for a long time and maybe see things improve for everyone in the village.
