Nampally Mandal Fed Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Nampally Village, specifically at house number 8-44. This part of Nalgonda is where we spend our days. It is not a fancy setup, just a group of us from the mandal trying to figure things out for the local farmers here. We grew up around these fields, so it made sense to start something together. Most mornings start early because that’s just how life is in the village. There is always some paperwork to handle or someone dropping by the office to talk about their crops. The sun gets pretty hot out here in Telangana, but we just keep moving. We are not big city people with suits and polished talk. We talk like the neighbors we are. If you walk past the main road in Nampally, you will find us easily enough. People know us by name, not just by the company title on the door. It is a lot of work coordinating everything between the different farmers in the fed, but it keeps us busy. We mostly deal with the practical side of things, like what seeds are working or how the rain is looking this year. It is a simple life at Hno.8-44, but it is our life. We do not have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. Just a few chairs, a desk, and a lot of talk about farming. That is really all there is to it.
