Tirupathamma Chilamula

Tirupathamma Chilamula is the name I go by and it’s also how people find my work here at H. No. 2-77 in Uppalapahad village. This is part of Tekumatla and the Kethepally mandal in Telangana. It’s a very small, rural area where life is centered around the seasons and the local community. I don’t have a shop in the traditional sense, just my home where I manage my daily activities. Most people in Uppalapahad know where I am if they need anything. The work I do is simple and tailored to what the local folks require at the time. It’s a quiet existence for the most part, though things can get busy when there’s a lot going on in the village. I don’t use any big corporate language or try to sound like something I’m not. I am just a person living and working in their own village. The house at 2-77 has been our base for a long time. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy storefront. Most of my business comes from neighbors stopping by to chat or ask for some help with a specific task. It’s a way of life that works for us here in the Kethepally area. We focus on getting through the day’s work and making sure we do a decent job for anyone who asks. It’s about as local as it gets, just one person helping out another.
