Nagu Ramavath

My name is Nagu Ramavath and I run things from my home at H. No. 1-95 in Keshamneni Palli. This is a small village in the Pedda Adiserlapally area. Life here is quite slow compared to the big cities, and that is how we like it. I do various kinds of local work depending on what the season is and what people need. Sometimes it is helping with documents and other times it is just coordinating things for the neighbors. Being in a village like this means everyone knows everyone else’s business anyway. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy office building. It is just me at the house. Most people just give me a call or walk over to the porch to talk about what they need help with. The weather in this part of the district can get very dry, so we spend a lot of time just sitting in the shade when the sun is high. I try to help out as many people as I can with the practical things they struggle with. It’s just a small local operation. There are no big signs or posters out front. People just know the house number and come find me. I have lived in Keshamneni Palli for a long time and I don't plan on going anywhere else. It’s just about being useful to the community here and making a living while doing it.
