Kamali Adavath

This is Kamali Adavath, and I’m based out of Parthunaik Thanda. It’s a small place in Kondrapole village, which falls under Damaracharla. We’ve lived in this part of Telangana for a long time. My work happens right here in the Thanda. It’s not like those businesses you see in the bigger towns with bright lights. Everything here is very local. I spend my days dealing with the community and whatever tasks are at hand. It might be agricultural stuff or helping out with local administrative things. The pace of life in Kondrapole is a bit slower, which I don't mind. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a big office building. Most of our meetings happen outdoors or in the main room of the house. It’s honest work and it keeps me busy from morning until sunset. The roads out to Parthunaik Thanda can be a bit rough, especially when it rains, so we don't go into the main town every day unless it's necessary. We prefer it here. People know they can come by if they need something. I don't use any marketing tricks or big slogans. I just do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple life, focused on the family and the people living around us in the village. We keep track of things the old-fashioned way. It works for us and has for years. If you’re looking for me, just head toward Damaracharla and ask for the Thanda. People know where we are.
