This is Banothu Sandeep Travells, based right here at 10-31/1 in Munvanayak Thanda. We are in Chivvemla village. I started this travel service because people in our area needed a way to get around without it being a big headache. It’s not some massive transport company with hundreds of cars. We just have what we need to get people where they are going. I spend a lot of time making sure the vehicles are running okay because the roads around here can be pretty rough on them. It’s a local business, run by local people. We know the shortcuts and the best times to leave to avoid the worst of the traffic. Sometimes things go wrong, a tire gets flat or there is a delay, but we just deal with it and keep going. I don't use any fancy booking systems. Most of the time, people just call me up or come to the house to ask if a vehicle is available. It’s more personal that way. I grew up in Chivvemla, so I care about how we treat the people who ride with us. They aren't just customers, they are neighbors and friends. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to be reliable and show up when we say we will. It’s a simple way to earn a living and it keeps us connected to the community.
