Our business is located in Sulthan Pur village, which is part of the Gurrampod mandal. It is a quiet place mostly, but we stay quite busy with the travel work. We have been running these travels for some time now because people in the village always need a way to get to the bigger towns or attend weddings in other districts. Sometimes the roads around here get a bit rough, especially when it rains, so we have to be careful with the vehicles. We handle the bookings ourselves and usually the phone starts ringing pretty early in the morning. It might be someone needing a trip to the hospital or a whole group going to a temple far away. We don't have a big office with air conditioning or fancy desks. We just manage things from here in the village. It is mostly about making sure the fuel is topped up and the drivers are ready to go. You can find us easily if you ask anyone in Sulthan Pur. We grew up here, so we know all the shortcuts and the best times to avoid the traffic on the main roads. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned with the timings, but we do what we can to keep the vehicles moving. The sun gets really hot in this part of the district, so we try to keep the cars in the shade when they aren't out on a job.
