Ayyagalla Veeraiah

I run things over at Survey Number 65/A in Pyararam. My name is Ayyagalla Veeraiah and my daily life is pretty much tied to the poultry birds we keep here. This is Bommalaramaram, so it’s proper rural Telangana. The work is mostly just being outside and making sure the birds are healthy and growing like they should. It’s a lot of lifting bags of feed and cleaning out the areas. My hands are usually dirty by nine in the morning. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit or sit at a desk. The birds make a lot of noise, especially when they think it’s time to eat. Sometimes the weather doesn't help us, like when the rains are too heavy and the ground gets all muddy. But we've lived here a long time and we know how to handle the seasons. The pin code is 508116. People around here know me as the guy with the poultry farm. It’s a simple business. We don't use any fancy technology, just basic stuff that works for us and the animals. Every day is pretty much the same routine, from sunrise until we finish up in the evening. It’s hard work but it’s what pays the bills and keeps the farm going. We just do our best with what we have on this piece of land, making sure the birds are fed and the sheds are in good shape for the next day.
