Ballem Shobha

I am Ballem Shobha and I run my business from my home at H No 1-65 in Makkapally. Out in this small village in the Gurram Podu area, life is very peaceful compared to the big cities nearby. Since most people here know each other, news usually travels fast by word of mouth. I started this because I wanted to do something useful while staying in the village. This isn't a big corporate office with employees or fancy furniture. It is just me at H No 1-65, taking care of whatever needs to be done. My family has lived in the Pin-508001 area for a long time, so I feel connected to this place. Every day is a bit different. Usually, I spend time talking to people from Makkapally or the nearby villages about what they need. Sometimes it’s hard to get supplies or get things delivered out here. The roads aren't always great, especially during the monsoon season, but we make it work somehow. I don’t have any fancy brochures or a marketing team. Talking to my customers like they are my neighbors is just how I do things. Running a business from a village house means you are never really closed. Someone might stop by at any time of the day or evening. It's a lot of responsibility, but being part of the local community in Gurram Podu is something I enjoy. I just take things one day at a time.
