Our office is located at Plot No 52, in the Natshree building within Pioneer Society. It’s right on the Outer Ring Road in Khamla, so it’s pretty easy to find if you’re looking for the Anand Purti Super Bazar nearby. Nagpur can get really warm, so the afternoons here are usually pretty quiet while everyone stays indoors. We started this academy because we saw a lot of students in the neighborhood looking for a place to sit and study without too many distractions. The rooms are basic but they have what is needed. We spend a lot of time organizing notes and making sure the desks are clean for the next group. Being near the super bazar is handy because we can just walk over for supplies or a quick snack. The society itself is quite calm, which helps when people are trying to focus. We’ve got some regular staff who have been with us for a bit, and we all just pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or fixing a light. It isn't a huge corporate setup, just a local spot where education happens. We see people from all over this part of Nagpur coming in. It gets a bit crowded during exam season, but we manage. We just try to keep things running smoothly every day. We usually lock up around eight and head home to our families.
