Our office is located at 4141B, Chintamani Ishu, on the Kotak Road. It’s a very convenient spot for us because we are right near the main bus stand. You can see people rushing to catch their buses from our window all day long. It’s a busy street, so there is always something happening outside. The building we are in has several other offices too, so the hallways are usually full of people coming and going. We’ve got a fairly simple setup inside our own space. Nothing corporate or stiff about it. Just some good desks and a small place where we make our coffee. We spend most of our time looking at plans or talking on the phone with people. Kotak Road can get pretty loud with all the horns and the heavy traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We actually like being in the center of things. It makes getting supplies or grabbing a quick lunch really easy. Sometimes we have people wander in just because they saw the name near the bus stand while they were waiting. We just tell them what we do and they usually move on. It’s a practical location for consultants and engineers. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a map of the area. It’s an honest workspace where we try to get things done without too much fuss. Being near the bus stand means we are always connected.
