We've been at Plot No 9 in the SBI Colony for a good while now. It's a quiet spot in Old Snehnagar here in Nagpur. Most days you’ll find us hunched over blueprints or looking at site plans on our old monitors. Consulting Engineering Services I Pvt Ltd isn't some massive glass tower; we just work out of this office on Ogolhar. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud when it gets hot, but the work gets done regardless. Engineering is mostly about solving problems that come up on the fly, and that’s what we do here. We don't have fancy brochures or a dedicated sales team. People usually just drop by or call when they need a technical eye on a project. It’s a mix of younger guys and a few of us who have been around long enough to remember how we used to do everything on paper. The neighborhood is nice, mostly residential and calm. We try to keep things organized but desks get cluttered when a deadline is close. It’s just how it goes in this business. We handle the technical side of building and infrastructure. It’s not always exciting, but it’s necessary stuff. Nagpur has changed a lot since we started, and being part of the local growth is fine by us. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that's usually when we take a breather. We don't make a big fuss. It’s just work.
