Our office is located at Plot No 4 in the Pendese Layout area of Nagpur. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the main city center, which is actually quite nice when you are trying to focus on engineering work. We go by Consulting Engineering Services India Pvt Ltd, but we aren't big on formality. Most of the people working here are local to Maharashtra and have been with us for a while. We spend our mornings going over project files and making sure the technical details are all sorted out correctly. There is usually a lot of paper and old files on everyone’s desk. We aren't the type of office that has a receptionist in a suit waiting at the door. Usually, one of us just looks up from a computer screen if someone walks in to ask a question. We deal with various engineering tasks and give advice when companies have technical problems they can't quite solve on their own. The 440015 area is where we do all our thinking and planning. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is necessary work for the projects we take on. Sometimes we have lunch together near the layout or just bring something from home. The work can be a bit dry to people on the outside, but we find the problem-solving part interesting enough. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we've been doing this for a long time. It’s just a group of us working hard.
