Neon Holidays

Our office, Neon Holidays, is located on the ground floor of Plot No. 90 in Suyog Nagar, right off the Ring Road. It’s a convenient spot because people can pull over and come in easily. We’ve been here for a while, helping people figure out their trips and train tickets. The office is pretty simple—just a couple of desks, some chairs for people to sit on while we talk, and a lot of maps on the wall. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at computer screens to find the best routes. It gets a bit hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go away at the same time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us trying to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the printers jam when we are trying to get tickets out, and the tea guy comes by twice a day. It’s a very local feel here. We know the people in the neighborhood and they stop by just to ask about prices for next year. We aren't trying to be a giant travel site. We just like talking to people and helping them plan their breaks. The Ring Road is always noisy with traffic, but inside it’s okay. We keep some brochures on the table, though most people just tell us where they want to go. It's good when someone comes back and tells us they had a good time on their trip. We like hearing those stories.
