Prayag Tour Planners is located over at No. 76 in Ambar Surendra Nagar. If you know where Deshmukh Hospital is or that big Jerryl Lawn, we are right in that neighborhood. It’s a busy spot. We spend most of our time sitting at the desks here, talking on the phones and trying to figure out train timings or bus routes for people. Travel isn't always as smooth as the pictures look, so we spend a lot of time double-checking things. We started this because we liked going places ourselves and realized others needed help with the boring paperwork part. Our office is small. There are usually a few maps pinned up and some old calendars. We get a lot of neighbors dropping by just to ask about ticket prices or which hill station is good for a short break. It's not a high-end corporate setup. Sometimes the tea guy is late and we’re all a bit grumpy until we get our morning cup. We deal with all sorts of travelers. Some want everything planned down to the minute, while others just want a car and a driver they can trust. We try to keep track of all the small details so the people who come to us don't have to worry too much. It's just a regular local business helping folks get from one place to another without a headache.
