We are located out in Kamptee, over on Kalamna Road in the Bhushan Nagar area. The plot numbers are 53 and 54, so it’s a decent-sized spot for us. Being near Erkheda makes it a bit of a trek for some, but we’ve gotten used to the commute. We deal with traveling assistance, which mostly means we’re on the phone or on the computer trying to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. It can get pretty hectic when travel plans go wrong, but we just take it one step at a time. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some chairs for visitors and the usual office stuff. It’s not in the middle of a big city center, which we actually prefer because it’s a bit more grounded. People from around Bhushan Nagar know where we are. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people who live nearby needing a hand with their travel arrangements. It’s a practical business. We show up, we answer the phones, and we try to solve whatever problems our clients are facing that day. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy outside, but we manage. It’s just a small team here in Kamptee, doing our best to keep things moving for everyone who reaches out to us for help with their journeys.
