Travelofast Pvt. Ltd. is based at the Dhadiwal Complex on Katol Road in the Chawni area. This part of Nagpur can get really hot, especially in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. The complex is a mix of different shops and offices. We have our desks set up with computers and phones, which are usually ringing. People come in to talk about where they want to go or to pick up their papers. It’s a lot of typing and looking at schedules. Katol Road is a main stretch, so there’s a good amount of traffic outside. We aren't a big corporate chain; we’re just a small team working out of this office. The walls have a few maps and calendars pinned up. It’s a functional space without any extra fluff. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different people and making sure the details are right. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone wants to travel at the same time, like during the holidays. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about anything but work. It’s a straightforward job, mostly about keeping track of dates and names. We like being in Chawni because it’s easy for people to find us. There’s nothing fancy about our setup, just a group of people trying to keep things moving for anyone who walks through the door and asks for help with their trip.
