We are Star Engineers Pvt Ltd, based out here in the Nagpur district, zip code 441002. Being an engineering firm in this part of Maharashtra means we see a lot of different projects. It’s mostly technical work. We have our setup here and we spend most of our hours looking at drawings or working with metal parts. It isn’t always clean work. Sometimes things get greasy or dusty, but that’s just how it goes when you’re building or fixing stuff. The team is just a group of people who understand how machines and systems are supposed to run. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of the day is spent on the workshop floor or out at a site. Nagpur can get really hot in the summer, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We’ve been part of this community for a bit now. We aren't a giant corporation, just a private limited company trying to do right by the jobs we take on. If something breaks, we figure out why it happened. If something needs to be made, we look at the specs and get to it. There’s no magic to it, just knowing your tools and putting in the hours. The tea stall nearby is where we usually end up talking about the day’s problems. It’s just regular work for us, day in and day out.
