Srushti College Of Leading Education

Srushti College Of Leading Education is based out of the Shiv Duti Apartment here in Nagpur. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are located in an apartment building, which gives the whole place a more personal, local feel. Nagpur can get incredibly hot during the summer months, so we spend a lot of time managing the coolers and keeping the rooms comfortable for everyone. Being in a residential-style building means we don’t have a massive campus with fields, but it works for what we do every day. We mostly focus on our daily classes and making sure the students are actually picking up the material. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when all the batches are here at once, but we make it work and everyone seems to get along well enough. The neighbors in the building know us well, and it’s a relatively quiet street once you get inside. We aren’t trying to be the biggest or most famous place in town, just a reliable one for the people who come here. You’ll find us mostly talking about the syllabus or helping someone with their registration paperwork. It’s a lot of hands-on, practical stuff. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us, the teachers, and the students trying to get through the exams. We’ve been in this part of Maharashtra for a while now and have seen the neighborhood grow. It’s a decent place to spend the day working.
