Shri M D Bonde B Ed College

This is the Shri M D Bonde B Ed College out here in Kalmeshwar. We’ve been in Bhandara for a while now. Being a B Ed college means we mostly deal with adults who want to become teachers themselves. It’s a bit different than a primary school because the students are grown up and have their own lives. We have our building at 441501, and it’s pretty straightforward. No big signs or flashing lights. Just classrooms and a place for people to sit and study. The mornings are usually the busiest when everyone arrives for their lectures. We have a lot of paperwork to handle because of the exams and certifications, so the office is always full of files. Some of our students travel quite a distance to get here from the surrounding villages. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it gets a bit chaotic during the admissions season. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the roof is solid and the chairs are comfortable enough for long classes. We don't spend much on advertising or making things look fancy. People find us because they need their degree and they know we are here in Kalmeshwar. It’s a practical place for practical people. We just keep the doors open and make sure the schedules are posted on time. That’s about all there is to it. There isn't any secret to it, just keeping the classes going day after day.
