Rupa Printers

Rupa Printers is tucked away in the Dharampeth area, right near Zanda Chowk. It is one of those parts of town where there is always something happening, so it never really gets quiet around here. Our shop is just a basic place filled with the smell of ink and the sound of machines running most of the afternoon. We have been here at Zanda Chowk for a long time, so we know most of the people who walk past our door every day. The space is a bit cluttered with stacks of paper and different jobs we are working on, but we know where everything is. It gets a little hot in the summer when the machines have been running for hours, so we usually keep the front door open to catch whatever breeze comes through the Dharampeth streets. Sometimes people just stop by to say hello or ask for directions because we are such a visible spot. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a few samples of things we printed recently. The floor is usually covered in little scraps of paper by the end of the day, but we sweep it all up before we lock up for the night. It is a simple way to make a living, and we like the routine of it. Being centrally located means we see a bit of everything, from students to local shopkeepers. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to get things done on time without too much fuss or complication.
