Our workshop is at Plot No- 330-331 in the Nagarvikas Society area of Narendra Nagar. We are quite close to the railway crossing, so we hear the trains passing by all the time. It is a noise you eventually get used to after working here for a while. The plot is fairly large, giving us enough room to handle some of the bigger industrial tasks we take on. We deal with various manufacturing processes and spend most of our time on the shop floor. It is a place of grease, metal, and hard work. We don't have a polished showroom because we would rather spend our time making things than worrying about how the walls look. Our staff is mostly made up of people who live nearby in Narendra Nagar, so it feels like a very local operation. We usually have several machines running at once, which makes the air feel heavy and busy. We take our work seriously but keep the atmosphere casual. There is no dress code or corporate handbook here; we just know what needs to be done and we get to it. Sometimes we run into delays or technical hitches, but we just figure them out as we go. It is an honest living, and we appreciate the people who have stuck with us through the years. Being near the crossing makes it easy for deliveries to find us, which is a big help for the kind of work we do.
