Minetech Services

Minetech Services is based out of a house-like building at 46, Sneha Nagar. It’s a quiet residential street for the most part, but we’ve turned our spot into a working office. We don't have a big factory floor here, just a lot of space for planning and managing the services we provide. Most of the day is spent on the phone or working on laptops, figuring out schedules for the mining sites we work with. The neighborhood is nice, with a few trees and people walking their dogs in the morning. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes to talk about the day’s tasks. Inside, the rooms are filled with maps, equipment manuals, and some spare parts that were never sent out. It feels more like a home than a business, which suits us just fine. We’ve been in Sneha Nagar for a few years now and the neighbors don't seem to mind us. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s just a handful of us who know the mining industry well. We handle technical support and consulting, mostly through emails and site visits. There is always a stack of files on the main table and a calendar on the wall marked with various deadlines. It’s a simple setup that allows us to focus on the technical side of things without the distractions of a big office park. The kettle is usually on if you happen to drop by.
