R T M N U located at Plot No. 96 in Survey Nagar, Nagpur. We are set up at Bijon Krishna Roy’s place. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main city center but we have a lot of work going on inside. We deal with a lot of student records and university-related paperwork. People are always coming in to ask about their forms or to get some documents stamped. It gets quite crowded in the mornings and the files can pile up on the desks pretty quickly. We don't have a big fancy office building with elevators. It's a more personal setup where you can actually talk to someone. Nagpur can get really hot in the summer so we just keep the fans going and try to get through the stack of papers. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit but we just wait it out and get back to work. We aren't a big corporation. We just handle the tasks that come our way every day. Most of the people who come here are students or their parents looking for help with something. We try to point them in the right direction even if the answer isn't always what they want to hear. It’s just a regular office doing regular work in a normal neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while now and people know where to find us. It gets the job done.
