Ortech Engineering Services

If you ever find yourself in the Hingna part of Nagpur, you’ll know it’s a massive area for industry. Our place, Ortech Engineering Services, is located at D-61 in the MIDC Industrial Area. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the day before the sun really starts beating down on the tin roof. We do a lot of engineering work here, mostly stuff that people in the surrounding factories need. It’s not the cleanest environment, but engineering rarely is. There are always parts lying around and blueprints rolled up on the old wooden tables. We’ve been at this for a while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot, with new businesses coming and going, but we’ve stayed put at D-61. The tea stall at the corner is where we usually end up talking about the day's work or the latest cricket score. We don't spend money on big advertisements because most of our work comes from people who just know where we are. It’s a straightforward setup. We open up early, check the machines, and get to work on whatever orders came in the day before. There’s no big secret to it, just showing up and doing the engineering tasks that need doing. It’s a steady life here in Maharashtra, and we are just glad to be a part of the local industrial community.
