We operate out of 202 Jai Umiya Regency, located on Besa Road in the Amba Nagar area of Nagpur. Being on the second floor of this building gives us a bit of a view of the busy road below. Nagpur is known for its heat, and our office is no exception; we spend a lot of time making sure the cooling is working so we can focus. The building is a mix of residents and a few other small businesses, which makes for a friendly, everyday atmosphere. We do engineering work here, so the tables are often covered with large drawings and technical notes. It is not a polished corporate suite with a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you will likely just find us huddled around a desk discussing a project. We have a small pantry where we keep our supplies for tea and coffee, which are essential for getting through the long afternoons. The traffic on Besa Road has increased a lot lately, so there is a constant background noise of horns and engines, but we have learned to tune it out. Most of our staff live in the nearby neighborhoods, so we don't have to deal with long commutes. It is a very local operation. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls; we just focus on finishing the work we have for the day. It is a simple, honest place to do engineering in Nagpur.
