If you head over to Shradha House on Kingsway, you’ll find Enestee Engineering Pvt. Ltd. up on the first floor in suite F-5. It’s a bit different being in an office building rather than a noisy factory floor, but the engineering work we do here is just as hands-on in its own way. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and working through technical details. Being on Kingsway means we’re centrally located, which helps when people need to drop off documents or come in for a quick meeting about a project. The office is functional. It’s filled with desks, computers, and stacks of paper that seem to grow every week. We aren't interested in making the place look like a showroom; it’s a workspace for engineers who care about the numbers. The first floor gets a bit of the street noise from below, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city outside. Most of us have been working together for quite a while, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed even when deadlines are approaching. We grab lunch nearby and then get back to the drawings. It’s straightforward work that requires a lot of focus. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s just a group of people at Shradha House making sure the engineering side of things is handled correctly and that every measurement is exactly where it should be on the page.
