M/s. TECH SOLAR AND SYSTEMS

We are located in Nagpur at the Premvilla Apartment in Shivaji Nagar. It’s more of a residential-style building, which makes the workspace feel a bit different than a huge industrial park. Being in unit 102 means we are right on the first floor, which is handy for moving solar components in and out. Nagpur is known for being incredibly hot, which I suppose is good for the solar business, even if it’s tough on us while we’re out on site. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and sun-exposure charts. We spend a lot of time talking about battery backups and panel efficiency. The office isn’t huge, so we have to be organized with where we put the mounting brackets and wires. Usually, the morning starts with a quick check of the schedule and some tea from the shop down the road. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood, though you hear the usual city sounds throughout the day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us doing the technical work and making sure the installations are handled correctly. Sometimes we have to travel a bit outside the city to check on a project, but we always come back here to finish the paperwork. It’s an honest way to make a living, working with the sun. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay cool in the heat while we work.
