Industrial Development Corporation

Being out here on Wardha Road in Butibori, things move at their own pace. Industrial Development Corporation is just a spot where we handle the day-to-day business of this industrial area. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to different people who have shops or factories nearby. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction and trucks passing by on the main road, but that’s just how it is in Butibori. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us live fairly close or commute from the city, so we know the drive pretty well. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy furniture or anything. We just have our desks, some old filing cabinets that probably need replacing, and a lot of maps on the walls. People stop by to ask questions about plots or power, and we try to give them a straight answer without making it too complicated. Lunch usually comes from one of the small stalls nearby. On hot days, the fans in the office work overtime and it can get a bit stuffy. It’s a practical place for practical work. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders, as long as the work gets finished. It’s a bit out of the way, but everyone around here knows where Wardha Road is. We’ve been here long enough that the surroundings feel like home now.
