You’ll find Acc Machinery Company Limited out at Plot No. A-1/1 in the Butibori MIDC Industrial Area. It’s quite a drive from the main city of Nagpur, out in Village Ruikhairi. The area is massive and filled with all sorts of factories. Our plot is a large open space with a big shed where all the heavy machinery is kept. It gets incredibly hot out here during the summer months, so the fans are always blowing at full speed. There isn't much around us besides other industrial units and some open land. We spend our days dealing with heavy steel and big components. It’s a very hands-on environment. You’ll see a lot of grease, welding sparks, and people in overalls. We don't have a fancy canteen or anything. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat together in a small corner. The work is steady but can be physically demanding. We rely on the local transport links to get our materials in and out, which can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We don't have any polished presentations or corporate brochures. If you come by, you’ll just see us working on whatever project is currently on the floor. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’ve been at it for a while now. The road to Butibori is long. Once we are inside the gates at A-1/1, it's all about the work until the shift ends and we go.
