We are located at Flat No 14 in the Shraddha Apartment building, which is at 38 Medical Square in Nagpur. It’s a residential-style building, so the office feels a bit like a home. We’ve been here for a while. Being near Medical Square makes it easy for people to find us since it’s a major landmark. We handle weddings and various events. Our office is usually full of color samples, fabric bits, and photo albums. It’s a bit of a mess most of the time, especially during the wedding season. We aren't the type of people to have a minimalist, empty office. We like having our stuff around us. We spend hours talking to families and trying to figure out what they want. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes. There are just a few of us working here. We usually have the window open to let in some air. Nagpur can get quite warm, so we have a small cooler running. We don't have a big reception desk. You usually just walk in and we’re all sitting at our tables working. We don't use a lot of marketing talk. We just tell people what can be done and what can't. It’s a practical way of working. Most of our clients come from word of mouth around the city. We just stay focused on the details and try to keep things moving during the busy months.
