Larsen Toubro Ltd

We are out here in Nagpur, specifically at Plot Number 156 in Rajghruh Nagar. It’s off Nari Road, near the Post Uppalwadi area. It’s an interesting part of town because it feels a bit tucked away but we still get plenty done. The office for Larsen Toubro Ltd is pretty basic, honestly. We have our equipment and desks set up in a way that makes sense for us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone else. Being in Maharashtra, we deal with the heat and the dust that comes with the wind. The building is solid though. We spend our hours checking over schedules and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. It’s not a place where we wear ties or try to impress anyone. We’re more likely to be seen in plain shirts with our sleeves rolled up. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit, which gives us time to catch up on what’s happening in the neighborhood. We know the people around here and they know us. It’s just a regular workspace for the team in this section of the city. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. We just show up, do the jobs assigned to us, and try to keep things running smooth without making a big fuss about it. It is just the way we work every day.
