Kec International Limited

Our office is in Nagpur, specifically at Flat No. 203 on the second floor of the High Rise Classic Apartments. It is located on Wardha Road, which is a major stretch in the city. Since we are in an apartment building, it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff corporate office. Kec International Limited has been using this space for a while now. The layout is basically like a large flat that we converted into a working area. We have desks in the main living space and use the other rooms for meetings or storage. It’s nice because it doesn't feel cold or impersonal. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so the fans are always going at full speed. We are on the second floor, so we get a bit of a breeze if we open the windows, but usually, we keep them shut against the dust from Wardha Road. There is a lot of traffic out there, especially during the morning and evening rush. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and keep our tiffin boxes. Most of the people working here have been with us for a good amount of time. We don't really go in for fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone just knows what their job is and they get on with it. It’s a very grounded way to run a business.
